  1. Entry Fee - $5.00 per class.

  2. Enter on-line by Sunday, Sept. 13 at www.assistexpo.ca/kingston-district-ag-society

  3. The on-line entry system requires you to register as a member of the Kingston District Agricultural Society ($5 for adults, free for youth age 17 and under as of Jan. 1, 2026). You will also be asked to provide consent for the liability waiver and proof of insurance for the horse & rider.

  4. You will receive an email confirmation when your entry has been received. If you do not receive an email, your entry has NOT been received. 

  5. Entry fees and membership fee may be paid by e-transfer to kingstonfallfair@gmail.com, or with cash or cheque on show day.

  6. You must attend the Show Secretary’s Desk by no later than 8 am on September 19 to obtain your competitor number and pay any fees owing.
