CELEBRATING 193 YEARS

PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

Welcome everyone to the 193rd KINGSTON FALL FAIR!

The Kingston & District Agricultural Society is excited to present the 193rd Kingston Fall Fair from Sept 11 - 14, 2025. This is also the year that we celebrate The Society's 200th birthday - that's right, 200 years old! This also tells us that in 200 years we have only missed 6 Fairs which was due to the Wars, Depression and Covid 19. What a resilient institution we are, especially considering we are a volunteer-led organization.

This year also marks my 10th year as President. I am very proud to celebrate this achievement as well.

Over the past 10 years we have faced several challenges, and being the resilient group we are, faced them with determination and a resolve to "roll with the punches," so to speak. This year we are dealing with a condemned grandstand, but as always, we have come up with a plan B and we will be presenting our wonderful grandstand shows without change.

In my final year as President, I applaud my Board of Directors for their tireless energy and enthusiasm. Thank you also to our Office Manager, Ellen Mortfield, for her endless support and organization.

I look forward to seeing everyone in September!
